The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. RecommendedAmazing food and service they support the community and those who serve it, sometimes customers are rude but they still show the upmost respect. Def a place to go to for your seafood fix.

Great food and great atmosphere. All these most recent comments are upset CASS supports the police. That’s why they are leaving these reviews. People are claiming racism because they support police. Should be able to sue for defamation. These people leaving nasty reviews most recently are cry babies and morons. Supporting one thing doesn’t make you racist or hate something else. I can support the BLM movement and support good police too. CASS has five star service and their food is appetizing.
