The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

By far the BEST crawfish my son and I have found. The waitstaff are very attentive and super nice. Overall this place is an awesome place for the whole family.

Taken to a table upstairs as soon as we arrived, drink and appetizer order taken in a timely manner and wait staff friendly and attentive. Crawfish was yummy and Marguerite topped off the experience. Very satisfied.
