The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

Love this place. The food and ambience are great. Yesterday service not the best but it was her loss because I've been taught to be a great tipper and she didn't find that out. I'll go back and make sure to sit in a different section.
Crawfish were pretty good, an the beer was good....but service needs a lot of work

I had fried shrimp and osters. Very good. Waiter very hip and right on. Quiet expensive but very tasty.
My husband and I go here at least once or twice a month and each time has been good food but the service needs work.
Was an awesome place great environment. The crawfish was ok, they were small but good.
