The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

Omg! I love crawfish, so i ordered extra spicy. My experience was- my Crawfish was extra DRY AND REALLY BAD!!! I have Never had BAD Crawfish, WELL yesterday was my 1st time and i will NEVER RETURN. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED !!!!!!!! My son did not even like his darn Cheese Burger. And the service from the girl who sat us down was � absolutely terrible!! And we paid $177 no way!! NEVER AGAIN
We had a great day on Sunday. The food is good, the beer is cold, and the weather was perfect. The live music was a little too loud...had to shout to talk, but they sounded good none the less.
Always great food and great service. We love sitting outside listening to the music but watching the boats.
I hated it i will NEVER return it was the worst family experience from our waiter all the way to the food
I loved the atmosphere and David swope was sooo good and the crawfish were spicy and really the best in town and our waiter Curtis pampered us and made the night even more special ..love the swamp shack !!
Absolutely love this place. Never been upstairs before so we tried it yesterday but it was a bit hot place would be better if they opened up the windows. I will definitely be back.
The food was great and service too. But wish we can have a non smoking selection outside. When upstairs is preoccupied with other events.. Otherwise very good food.
