The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

The food was great and so was the service!! We had 9 people at our table and there were no mess ups!! Loved it!!
Our waitresses was Maya, she was the best waitress we have had. Maya had a great personality and she deserves a lb of crawfish and not just a slice of cheesecake but the whole cake. We will be back, she is our new waitress. The crawfish was awesome. Thanks for great service and food.
First time, great mudderbugs, great Dos Equis beer, great live entertainment, and very beautiful hostess and waitresses... hated to leave there... Lol
