The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

The crawfish and sausage were great! It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the band.
I Love their food trucks! They are always on point!
Stopped by their mobile crawfish hut on bay area blvd. and hwy 3. These people don't know how to cook crawfish. Boiling crawfish in water and shaking Tony's on the outside is not how you cook crawfish. Texas idiots. They need to go to Louisiana and take a tutorial.
Had a great time, William took good care of my co workers and I while we were in town from Los Angeles. The food is off the chart, great atmosphere....definitely coming back on my next visit.

They have great food. I had the shrimp and crab gumbo and the fried catfish lunch special. It was very good. Can't wait until I Mack another trip there
The food was delicious the service was excellent I loved it .
Drinks were strong, waiter was pretty cool but the food was horrible (I've never written a bad review before). The shrimp jalapeño poppers were cold in the middle and the crawfish consisted of 1/3 over cooked that were too mushy to eat 1/3 too small to bother to eat and 1/3 died before they were boiled (straight tailed). Will never go back.
Crawfish was cold after waiting 45 mins for it and the beer was not even cold.
