The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

Had an enjoyable meal here tonight. we ordered the crawfish, and as ALWAYS, never disappointed. Hats off to the chef, and our lovely server. She was attentive, timely,efficient and personable. Sadly, I forgot her name, but she served upper level about 6pm, wore glasses, had shoulder length hair. Perfect dining experience! Thank you!!
