The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

Food was really really good 👍. Staff was friendly gumbo was amazing and the price was great. I would def recommend.
We went here for the first time on Fat Tuesday/early Valentine's and absolutely enjoyed the crawfish, live music and atmosphere! The crawfish tasted amazing!!! We will definitely be going back!

Went specifically for crawfish and they were terrible! No flavor at all!! I even got a few rotten ones. Absolutely horrendous to have it taste like what rotten fish smells like. 🤢🤮i had to spit it out!! Extremely disappointing. This used to be our go to for crawfish, not anymore.
great staff, great food, clean and authentic place. one of a kind. Gavin is your guy! best waiter in a long time. he will have you laughing and he aims to please!
