Coach Nutty builds a great team environment & provides focused 1-to-1 support. It's a fun fitness community, with laughter & sweat in equal amounts.
Such a welcoming, fun group of people. Nutty sets the tone, pushing when you need a push, discussing your goals & tailoring an individual approach for every person. I always feel great (& knackered!) after each session, having had a good laugh too. Don't hesitate to come along to whatever class takes your fancy. A complete range of abilities & ages, SOF is super inclusive. A very happy, healthy place to be!
Have had a fantastic experience with Surrey Outdoor Fitness. My aim was not to just get fit and loose weight but also to maintain it. After 10 months I'm still going and have lost over 12 kgs. Never felt better. I can attribute this to the coach Nutty who has built an amazing and fun community of "nutters". Always fun and caters for every level. Also, amazing value. Please check try it out, you have nothing to loose, except a few kilos maybe.
Honestly couldn’t think of a better PT, great communication and if you are totally green (new) to the whole PT process then dont worry as they ease you into it.... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
