Marlyn, Justin, and Will provided great service on the purchase and installation of new heating and cooling equipment. All nice guys and and made the experience less stressful.
Kudos to Dee and Brent in scheduling our AC checkup and then doing the actual appointment. Scheduling was easy, and when the really hot weather loaded up the service team, Dee stepped back in and made sure our appointment was fulfilled. Then Brent showed up and did a good professional job reviewing our system. He was friendly, professional and answered all our questions.

Crain's team was terrific from Judy in the office, to Cody that gave us the estimate, to Sean and Brandon that did the installation of the new furnace and A/C. They were are very courteous and professional and did a great job on everything including cleaning up at the end of the job. I got three estimates for the project and Crain's and another one were within 3% of each other and I chose to go with Crain because of the Lennox Brand. We had our boiler/hot water replaced and had a new tankless water/boiler installed... Ted and Will came out and completed the job. They worked LONG days but we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism. Thank you Crain!
A big shout out to Cody, who did the estimate on the new A/C and installation. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions honestly. Kudos to Sean and Nate who installed the new unit. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the work was done. Sean even offered to install the smart thermostat. Unfortunately, I didn't have it yet. Outstanding across the board so far. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment, diagnose the problem and gave me a couple of different options to solve our issue. Professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, as I had suspected, replacing our 20+ year old, badly damaged central air conditioner was the most practical fix. I can’t say enough great things about Crain. They nursed my project all the way through to the end making sure everything was right and passed inspections from the city for my home. If anything was not right they sent someone out right away to fix it. The entire team is very nice, professional, and great to work with. They do honest work and I could not see myself working with anyone else to fulfill my HVAC needs. They are fairly priced as well!
