It's always nerve wracking for me to have service people in my home but these guys made the experience wonderful. Very VERY professional, very polite and they cleaned up everything! Not just broom swept, SCRUBBED! � They were gracious to and about all my fur babies (we have 5) and it almost like they weren't here. A bit of noise but that's to be expected with installation. They really busted tail to get the job done quickly. And it was a job done well! � Highly recommend! Very happy! Thanks Crain!! �
Great experience. Marlon and Jason know their craft, are professional and deliver excellent customer service. They installed a new furnace for me. They were quick, neat and friendly. You could not even tell they were ever there after the install. They hauled away the old furnace and cleaned up after themselves. They also provided a detailed tutorial about the new unit. The entire experience was professional and pleasant.
I had a Lennox new furnace and AC installed today By Nick and Ed from Crain heating and cooling. Their work was done quickly and professionally. Not only does the new system work good, it also looks great. Nick and Ed take great care in the details. Great job Guys!
They did a terrible job. Destroyed exterior siding, destroyed floor tile, even tried to convince my daughter to let them route the vent pipe to the front street view of the house. They promised hundreds of dollars in rebates, I've received nothing almost 1 year later. This has been a very bad experience.
From start to finish Cody, Garret and Ed were very professional in explaining furnace and a/c options and installing. Everything was prompt and on schedule. Installation looks very good. A/C and furnace are much quieter than units they replaced.

Incredibly pleased with Crain from beginning to end! We got 4 quotes in total for our new HVAC install (AC/Furnace/Hot Water Tank) including 2 from friends with 'people'.
