Let me start off by saying that I had the pleasure in meeting the owner Jason approximately 1 week ago. He personally responded to concern I had with my central air unit. His services were A-1 and I plan to utilize his company going forward. I also respected the way he spoke with me and my hubby and properly addressed our concerns. Professionalism at its best. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you again!.
The service was amazing and Jason was professional and extremely knowledgable concerning our Lennox air conditioner and was able to repair it which was a huge relief to us! We will definitely be calling and using Crain Heating and Cooling in the future! Thank you again Jason Crain!
I was very satisfied with Crain Heating & Cooling. My husband was in the hospital at the time and of course the air conditioner wasn"t working the way it should have been. Everyone that I spoke with to the person that came out were very nice. We only needed our older air conditioner to be recharged. I would definitely call them if we need help again or a new one. I will recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work done. Thanks again for all your help, from a wife that had to handle this on her own.

We recently had our furnace replaced. Everyone that we dealt with was very helpful and professional. They did an excellent job. The installers did everything and went over the entire system. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. We highly recommend Crain Heating and Cooling.
Crain Heating & Cooling replaced a boiler and a hot water heater in my house. I received several quotes, but Crain was the most reasonable of the bunch. What should have been a 2-day job was done in one. They were on time, super friendly and courteous and left my house cleaner than they found it! I would highly recommend them to all of my friends & family! Fantastic experience!
We used Crain in December when our furnace went out. They responded quickly and installed our new furnace and central air right away. The office staff and technicians worked with great confidence, skill, and efficiency to get everything installed and we were extremely satisfied.
