My furnace stopped working 2 nights ago. Called Crain Heating and Cooling. Stacey was great on working with me to schedule a service pro to come to my house as quickly as possible. Scheduled it today. Mike Ploszewski showed up today at 4. Root caused the problem and drove to Farmington Hills (from Canton) to get a replacement part and came back by 5pm. Replaced the part and had my furnace working by 5:30pm. He was very polite and professional. Thanks for the overall great customer service experience.
We had very good service from Marlon when he replaced our 42 year old boiler. Crain had the best price and were able to install our new boiler quicker than any other heating and cooling company within a 30 mile radius.
Great experience. Stacey was very polite and helpful. Ted. P came and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and kept me informed during the whole debugging process. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.
Excellent company! Jill was friendly and professional which made scheduling easy. Also, they came the same day which was a life saver! Mike was amazing! Our furnace was not heating. He came in and solved the problem. Lucky for us it was an easy fix. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
I contacted Crain last winter when I thought my boiler had to be replaced. I liked the personal contact and enjoyed speaking with the wife of the original owner. She sent her son, Jason out the same day. He inspected it and offered to provide space heaters until the problem was resolved. He gave me a quote for a new boiler that was very reasonable given my research and one year later honored that quote. The boiler has been installed and the team that did the work was outstanding. I was lucky that the week before my air conditioner stopped working I spoke with my neighbor who just had her air and furnace replaced. I asked who they used and if they were happy wit them.
