RecommendedI cannot say enough great things about Crain heating and cooling. From start to finish they impressed my wife and I. Cody did a great job with the estimates and was very quick to get them out to us. The crew that replaced our old outdated furnace and AC was very professional, courteous, clean and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Crain heating and cooling they are top notch all around.
We called at 8:15 on a sunday morning. My parents are both in their 80's and need AC as they have COPD. The recording indicates we will get a call within 30 minutes. Two hours pass so I call and leave another message. I send an email. Four hours pass and no response. I called Ehlers and they were out within an hour to help repair. The estimate appointment was set for the next day. Cody arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable.
Excellent service and prices. Service tech Ted Peterson exemplifies what Crain provides - honest, knowledgeable, and thorough HVAC expertise. Instead of blasting music while doing our original installation, Ted and another Crain service tech listened intently to an HVAC continuing education podcast as they worked. How often do you see that? They’ve made me a lifetime customer/believer.
Crain replaced my old air conditioner with a new one and I am completely satisfied. The process of scheduling the installation to the day of installation went smooth. Their staff is courteous and professional which is good customer service! I would highly recommend to someone in need of heating and cooling.
Just wanted to say thanks for the phenomenal job done by Brian and Aubrey. The whole process starting with Jason and ending with the boys putting in a furnace and central air unit couldn’t have gone any smoother!!!! I Would definitely recommend your company to everyone.
