RecommendedWorking with them was amazing. Our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide during the weekend and not only did I get a response on a Sunday but it was within the hour of calling. They gave a range of detailed quotes that fit our needs and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. They were able to get us a new furnace/ac installed by Tuesday! Cody Huge and the team of installers were very pleasant, professional and patient especially when it came to our crazy dogs. I was really impressed with the whole process.
On time arrival, Ted was really helpful in explaining my system and getting it running. He addressed the improvements I wanted to make and never tried to upsell me or push anything I didn't want or need. Great service and very professional.

Cody Huge was superior in meeting my needs and gave me a very good price. Sean, Brandon and Ian were my team installers and they did a super job and left my basement very clean. They worked diligently and all day and I would not hesitate to recommend them and Crain for their excellent work.
Arrived on time,very polite,very professional,very knowledgeable, I was very impressed with Service Tech Ted, took the time to explain what he would be doing,informed me of what was causing the problem and what could be done to solve it.I will have them back for any other HVAC needs.
