This may be an excellent place for skincare, but it’s definitely not a nail salon—and it shouldn’t be advertised as one. If you’re looking for a simple, well-done manicure, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I booked through Fresha and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The color selection was very limited, the polish was applied unevenly, and the nail shape was ‘t what I’d requested. Lauren is brilliant. Really friendly and attentive to her clients. Has gone out of her way to help me reschedule an appointment in the middle of her busy Christmas season, I could not be more grateful! Cozens always feels clean and welcoming, 5/5 x

Lauren runs the most amazing salon with the best facials! The environment is so friendly and you feel so comfortable and I cannot wait to go to my appointments every 4-6weeks!

I’ve been coming to Cozens For a while now and have had variety of treatments. I find staff at Cozens very welcoming and professional, I’ve never had any issues with treatments and I’m always happy with the results of treatments. I would recommend a visit if you are looking for local friendly salon.

Lauren is so friendly and welcoming, her experience and expertise are clear when she is performing treatments. I’m astounded at the results of my laser hair removal so far and I’m only half way through the block of eight sessions. Every treatment I’ve had has been both professional and relaxing, Lauren goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at ease.
