Nice small site in a handy location. We stayed to break up the journey from South Wales to North Cumbria. Only ourselves and 1 caravan on site and we did actually struggle to get to the toilet/shower on the morning due to the other people using the facilities. The facilities were clean and tidy, but could certainly do with an extra separate toilet at least. I would imagine if 5 vans and a few tents were there it would be chaotic getting a shower or popping to the loo. Would visit again if in the area.
Liked: Lovely quiet site. We stayed on the way from Newcastle to North Wales, so this was a good base camp to set off from the following morning. We arrived in the dark but managed to find the pitch no problem, and found facilities useful & close to the pitch. Just a short one night stay, but was spot on! Disliked: no dislikes
Liked: The peace and quiet, gorgeous views and small site. Lovely walks for dogs all around the site. We stayed here over Xmas and loved it here. We would definitely recommend and visit again.
