Extremely rude on the phone
I have purchased vinyl floors for several bathrooms/homes over many years. Always fantastic service, from taking samples home to measuring and fitting. Fitting staff are so professional, working well together, making the whole experience not only stress free, but resulting in a quality product at an incredible price. I also bought venetian blinds which are amazing quality, fitted within a short time. Much recommended.
Coxeter installed carpets to the bedrooms and stairs in our house. The whole process was stress free, and a refreshing contrast from the national outfits we had approached. There is a good selection of carpets to choose from across a range of prices and the staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the differences without pressuring. Like going in this shop. Brought a t-towel and a couple of dusters. They had Percale sheets (which I would have brought but unfortunately not the colour I wanted.
