They did an awesome job ~ went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got the car she wanted ~ great sales staff!
Took my Soul in for it first service at 9. The staff was very nice, the waiting room was clean and comfortable. Best part was I was in and out by 10:15.
If I could give 10 stars I would. After having 2 dealerships tell me that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my 2017 Kia Sportage AC, Cowboy Kia was able to find the problem and fix it. They had it done in just over an hour. The service advisors were very nice and professional.

Dealing with these people was nothing short of a freakin nightmare! Went there 3 times and each time it got worse! Will NOT recommend them or visit AGAIN!!!

If there was a 6th star I'd hit that! I had an awesome time spending about 10 hours there, but whose counting the time when you get that car. I will be doing business with them again and I will be sending them business. Great folks out there.
