Still have not taken care of toll road violations I received for a truck I traded in! Promise after promise it would be taken care of and that someone would call me...nothing! Also refered a friend that bought a car there, she told them I refered her and I have been asking about the referal fee since two weeks after she got her car, was finally told that it's been too long!!??!! I love my Kia, but not cowboy kia, they don't stand behind their word!!!!!!!!

Great service and everyone was extremely friendly.
Made my post...not full disclosure, sold me a car with outstanding mechanical issues, could not get repairs done, made to take care elsewhere, warranty rental only applies if my OUT OF POCKET gets reimbursed...I was screwed by Cowboy. Kia

Cowboy Kia sucks and don't stand behind there warranties. Or anything else for as this dealership I hope they lose a ton of customers and go out of business and I am reporting them to better business bureau
