Two months ago I received an email from Veronica stating they had gotten approval from Kia to lower my finance rate, wife got a text with the same message. Drove all the way out there only to find out it was just a scam to get customers into the dealership and try to sell them a new car. Loyal customer for years . I felt like I can no longer trust them.
Worst used car buying experience ever. Went to the finance department to finalize the deal. They were matching our finance % and when it all came down to the end they were making us purchase an extra hundred thousand mile warranty and gap insurance. This ultimately raised the monthly price. We eventually told them we would just use our finance company and that we were pre-approved and they told us that they would not sell us the car unless we use their financing.
