I went to test drive a Kia Soul and our sales guy seemed to know nothing about the car. When we asked him something, he had to look at the information sheet that was taped to the window!! After the test drive was over we got out of the car and left us to go make another sale. Terrible experience. So glad we didn't buy here

I purchased a Kia Soul from them and never has much problems with the car itself. Two recalls on it in five months.. Then I received a flyer I. The mail that said I won $2500. I call them to confirm . The lady that answer said yes you have won that prize. When I got there and filled out some papers. The guy then went in the back and handed me a $1 lottery ticket?!?! So I ask you what kind of crap is this!!
This was the first time I've purchased a brand new vehicle and I couldn't be happier. The service was fantastic and they worked with me even though I had bad credit. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
Worst car buying experience ever. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.
