We bought a 2017 Kia Sorento with 6000 miles certifies preowned. First off, they titled in another person with the same name, different address. We took it for service to another dealer closer to our house and they said it had been wrecked. They said brake line was kinked and their was rust underneath. Spent 4 hours there today on my day off, specifically made it clear that I wanted a lease and a straight purchase was not an option at all and would not even consider it! After more time trying to work out a deal went home after they said they worked it out and came back with the exact opposite of what we ask for! What a joke!!! And waste of time!!! Kayvon is an amazing salesman! He new the inventory and he was able to answer all my questions! He even new which vehicles I would like... after our conversation, we didn't have to wander the lot going window sticker to window sticker... he new exactly which cars to put me in! Great salesman/customer service!
Bought a new 2017 KIA Sorento that rolls back every time it is put in drive. Took it back 3 days later and they said nothing is wrong and to wait 5 seconds for it to engage into gear. Salesman said they would take care of me. Yeah right. They offered me another one that was thousands less for the same payments. I declined. This is an accident waiting to happen. I have almost rolled back into another vehicle several times. Nobody should spend that kind of money for a vehicle that does not operate correctly.
