The whole guaranteed $5k over kbb is a lie what they don’t tell you until you show up is your vehicle has to qualify which is not in their ad and then they said it’s up to 5k when it clearly says guarantee
Using false advirtisment to lure customers to a personal appointment. I will advise KIA train their staff little better, for example person using hard to understand English dilect, mostly used in not safe areas with high rate crime, was talking about my accent.
Do not shop here. They will lie to you over the phone to get you in the door then try to scam you into a payment you do not want. Very shady sales team and management.

Once you buy a car from cowboy Kia you are just another bill to them. Absolutely no customer service. Would not recommend anyone buy there car from here
