I felt very unsafe sense no-one had a mask on and it was a very tight space in the office area so no social distancing. I will not go back.
Horrible experience. Customer service was the worse I have had in a long time. The sales guy wanted to talk more personal stories than try and sell a car. No working with you at all. Didn’t care for the atmosphere too much going on and not enough one on one. Will never recommend or try again.
RecommendedBest Kia Dealership ever. Skylar King and Tommy, Sales Mgr will work with you to earn your business, they do not play the pressure game nor the haggling back and forth! Shane, in Finance explain all the charges to me and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend if you are wanting a Kia, visit Cowboy Kia!

service is trash, no attention to any need or request, no help with loaner cars, basically refused to even look at my car it's brand new
