I've bought 2 cars from cowboy Kia and will never do it again. i got a used Nissan rogue and the inside had stuff all over the ceiling and inside mirrors (looked like lipstick and maybe splashed coffee). I then discovered after a few months that the only key they gave me was faulty. The battery dies about every 3 weeks. I called and they refused to do anything about it. My wife and I purchased a Sorento in November and our salesman was Emery. I have to say that it was the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. Emery was incredible. He could answer every question that we hit him with, he was very knowledgeable about Kia's, especially the one we were interested in. His professionalism was second to none.
