Ask for Dylan Scott. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He answered all of my questions, showed me around, and walked me through all the paperwork. We just purchased a Dodge Ram Longhorn from this dealership. Trey Bearden was the best! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the trucks. My husband called ahead and spoke to Trey. He was ready for us as soon as we came in the door . He had the trucks up front for us to look at. We test drove the two we were interested in. The entire process from start to finish was very pleasant. No pressure, no pushing, he just wanted us to be happy. I highly recommend this dealership.
Their service department is a scam. My Jeep was brought in as it was having issues related to a cylinder head crack that was covered under an extended warranty Issued by Dodge/Jeep a few years ago. The lady in the service department first acted like she didn't know anything about the warranty issue. Then after looking at my Jeep, Covert tried to say the issue was with components in the Cylinder and not related to the warranty.
