RecommendedI had been looking for a car for a while. Once I walked into this dealership I found myself blown away by the salesman Bernardo Vasquez who not only went above and beyond to find me the car that was perfect for me but also made sure I had the best deal that any other dealership wouldn't be able to offer me. The general manager Bart was more than kind and helpful and the finance process with Rusty Coffman and his red fish was smooth as possible. Great deal, great payments, great experience. 10/10 recommend this dealership!
I would recommend going to this dealership for issues. I dealt with Bill Shied the service manager. I was dealing with an issue that was caused by a technician they had. They excepted the responsibility for the issue and resolve it quickly. All of this work was done at no charge. I am a very happy customer.
Adam was extremely helpful and followed through with his promise to get me the best deal possible. He always followed up promptly and the overall process was seamless and fast. The finance team also did a great job with finding me the best possible loan. I definitely recommend this dealership.
This has to be the worst service Dept in Austin. They had my jeep for 4 days and couldn’t even complete an oil chance. Worthless.

Unfortunately my motor died in my old vehicle and I was in the market for a new one. I was looking online and sent a message to the covert dodge off of research. I had a reply within a few minutes from Costantin Swies. He was informative and willing to answer any questions I had about the new vehicle. He also had me email pictures of my other vehicle to him, so he could get me a quote on how much the trade-in value would be. (It was immobile, so he even got it towed for me). I took my 2013 Ram into service and Trey put me in 2019 Ram Demo. I must say best interior I’ve ever drive. I’m thinking it’s about time to buy one.
