Worst customer service ever! I bought a set of tires from covert with road hazard and when my tire gets a hole in it I dropped the tire off for them to replace with a new one. Should be an easy fix right?! That’s what I thought until it took them over 4 days for them to call me back and tell me that the tire has been discontinued, the fact that it took four days for you to tell me you couldn’t order the tire is completely out of line.
