I randomly stopped at Covert as I was actually heading to another dealership and spotted this one with all the pretty Jeeps. I told Edgar exactly what I wanted (basically as close of a replica from my totaled car as possible) and he nailed it. He took great care of me, was very knowledgeable and was extremely patient ( I ask a lot of questions and things kept coming up delaying the buying process). Edgar is awesome to work with and I highly recommend him!
Kenny was great! Super knowledgeable and friendly! He was even able to order my Jeep custom-made and it's awesome. Love it and would recommend him and Covert to anyone looking to buy a new car.
Women at front desk is nasty. If you are buying or leasing they are all over you. My 2017 leased Durango broke down and has been in service for two weeks. The only update I have received so far is that it is going to cost me money but not sure how much. I got an auto email from Kenny Coverts Assistant after I inquired about buying another car. When I called his number to talk about how poorly I was treated when my car broke down he was too busy to pick up. A manager got on the phone and said he would call me back - NEVER did... read more
