Stand behind what they sell, return calls, CARE
The Sales Department is hands down the best. Unfortunately I can not say the same about the Service Department. My 1st call to the Service Department was on September 6th (yes, that date is correct...26 days ago) It has become a nightmare to schedule service with a loaner...still awaiting a call back.
RecommendedRonald, Clay and Covert service staff always make sure to provide excellent customer service.
Sales department has their stuff together. Service, sadly, does not. If you're in search of a new vehicle to buy, and don't mind going somewhere other than the dealership for service, these guys are worth a visit.
I got an AWESOME deal on my 2018 Ram 3500 and Covert didn't skimp on the service either. I came in from out of town and since I was pressed for time, John Hunter and the staff at Covert had everything ready for me when I arrived. John even went the extra mile and went with me to help find a U Haul center I had reservations at. Now thats service! Awesome prices and service, I could not be more pleased with my purchase from John and Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

I called on a pro master and they said somebody else was showing it had a few questions as to why it was priced the way it was because according to car gurus and other side says it was a little bit overpriced not badly but just a little bit and I was like ending the phone call and the guy just hung up on me
I had the best experience getting my 2014 Chrysler 300s! This truly just fell into my lap with the great guidance of Dylan Scott. I did go in there wanting to look at a different car but firm on a price I wanted. I was shown an alternative just in case and to be honest I fell in love with the choice he picked (he kept what I wanted in mind) and ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES! This place is a wonderful place and I would recommend everyone go see Dylan!
