He is professional, low key, responsive, prepared, super helpful, and wants to get you exactly what you want...and he does it in a way that defies ALL stereotypes regarding car salesmen. I’ve now purchased two Ram 1500’s, 2017, & a 2020. Both are outstanding vehicles. I went there as a Car Pro USA referral and have not ever had a better buying experience. Jeff Thomas sold me both vehicles and it was very refreshing to be treated like an adult with actual conversations over several weeks as to what would best fit my needs. I just purchased my first ever Jeep.... after wanting one for DECADES. I now own a brand new 2019 Jeep Renegade. Dwight Pullmann was my sales associate and Rusty Coffman was my Business Manager and I couldn’t be more pleased. The process was seamless and was done with seemingly no effort. I went in on Wednesday and within 24 hours I was the proud, painless owner. I’m still so very excited. I’m telling everyone about it!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to die to the impecable service I received when I purchased my 2016 Audi Q5! From the second I walked through that door, Bernardo made the entire process such a breeze. I explained what I wanted and he did not rest until I was happy with everything. Worst dealership in austin. They don't respond to calls or email and put off fixing your vehicle while it's under warrenty.
