We bought a ******* Navigator from Covert over a year ago and it's been the worst post sale experience we've ever had. The car itself is ok (but having some 4WD issues), it's service/repairs that is the problem. When purchasing the car they will tout their pick up and deliver options etc. but the reality is they require literally WEEKS to be able to take your car, and then they want to keep it for literally WEEKS to do anything to it and they never have loaners. I bought a used 2021 Jeep Gladiator from ******************* at Covert CDJR on 12/26/2023. I drove 3hrs from the ******* area to test drive and purchase the vehicle. After driving it all the say home, it rained a couple days later and I discovered the windshield wipers were peeling apart. I contacted ****** via email and he assured me they would send me a set of wipers. Two weeks and more emails and I still had nothing. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with covert jeep, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I would like to know how a vehicle, in good faith, passes a safety inspection and sold when the reports specifically note the brakes and rotors are “metal on metal” and the shocks and struts are “locking and leaking”. Not to mention how the state inspection passes and is signed off on with no muffler (i.e., the exhaust is straight piped); therefore, causing any subsequent post-sale inspection to fail. I have attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership however I feel as though Ive been put off. I found this dealership through US Bank where I was pre approved for a car loan. My sales person has not been up front with me and will not allow me to put a down payment on the vehicle Ive chosen. I have attempted to speak with a manager however no one will return my call. *** spent three days making this deal and Im very disappointed.

Don't buy a vehicle here. I was working with ****** on buying a truck at MSRP and halfway through the deal they tried to tell me it was now $8000 over MSRP. Complete waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.
