The business model for this company is focused on customer satisfaction, from the initial sales contact to installation and servicing. This is the second home that I have used Cousins Air to install new air conditioners. They also installed Remy Halo purification systems and UV lights. Maintaining air good quality in homes is their priority.

We discovered two air conditioner units were not working late on a Friday afternoon. A technician arrived shortly after 6 PM and had the repairs done on two units in under two hours. Our technician, ususally the same one, Reade, is always friendly and professional. We've had other A/C companies but none have worked out as well as Cousins Air.
