I recently had a bad experience with my air conditioning co. I had for 10 years. They said my part was back ordered for 45 days???? No AC, 90 degrees in house. They took a week before telling me that. So after numerous no shows, lies & not caring about me, I started my research!! I chose COUSINS AIR after reading all I could find. WOW.... My salesman Jason was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient. I had a new Lennox unit installed the next day. Installers were on time & did a great job. ****** did come later than expected but he was well worth waiting for. He seemed knowledgeable & is a problem solver-the filters that had been sent to me were too large-****** trimmed the filter to fit the old frame perfectly.I also pointed out a potential ************ determined I needed a new damper.I highly recommend his services.

We have been with Cousins for several years now. They are dependable, responsible and responsive to our AC needs.
We spent just above $17,000.00 for (2) 3 ton variable speed units to be installed. The 1st night after install our whole house experienced multiple power surges where entire home went powerless. After getting cousins air to com back out next day. It turns out the upstairs system had portions of it directly connected to power without a breaker. Also the ** light connection was left very loose so it was likely what was causing power surges!They have fixed that after complaining there was an electrical issue. The management tri... read more
