BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! We called Cousins for a routine maintenance visit of our 2 year old A/C. The first tech provided what we thought was routine maintenance. The next day the unit stopped working. We called back and they sent a second tech who said we needed a new thermostat. They replaced the thermostat which did no good. A third tech was sent out and discovered the unit had no freon due to a hole in the evaporator coil. They charged us $1153 in addition to the almost $300 for a maintenance agreement. I hired Cousins Air to go to one of my Tenant's apartments to do a simple AC repair. The air conditioner was under warranty and only needed a new capacitor. The tech called me from the job site to let me know that the job would be $106.77. I thought that it was quite high for such a simple 20 minute repair on an AC that is still under warranty. My husband and I had a new a/c installed by Cousin's Air on 7/18/19. Al, was one of 4 techs who did installation. He is a hard worker and was instrumental at getting our unit up and running without any glitches. Thanks Al for all your help! All 4 guys did a super job at keeping the area cleaned up with drop clothes as they were working. Very pleased with Cousin's service they provided.
