On August 13, 2022, at 9:00 p.m., I called Cousins Air to say the two year old Carrier Air conditioning system was not working. They informed me that by 11:00 p.m. someone would be out. I explained the house is over 80 degrees. By twenty minutes to 12:00 mid-night no one came. I called service department and they could not advise me any further just stating that someone would be coming but they didn't know when a gentleman by the name of ******* would arrive. You called after hours at 10:30pm, that was our on call they do not know locations of technicians and book slots available, unfortunately our on call technician worked from 7am until 10pm and went to sleep and did not respond to on call as they made several attempts. Our office hours are M-F 7am-5pm after that you get our on call who try their best with what they are given. We are working on trying to get multiple on call techs as working so many hour... read more

Cousins Air responded quickly on a very very hot day when my A/C broke. I am forever grateful!!! I have an elderly dog that couldve died from heat stroke. This company always has solution to any problem Ive had with my old unit. Im so impressed with the great service theyve provided, which is something thats hard to find these days
Excellent work the were on time and fixed our unit. They also took the extra step and food a complete evaluation to prevent future problems.
They were amazing! I will for sure use them again and suggest them to anyone that is having A/C problems.
