I specifically booked a room at this location on Jan 30 for a stay on Feb 2 because this facility had a pool and a hot tub. I was not told that the hot tub would be unavailable due to painting from 1/31 through 2/4. When we arrived, we checked again. We were not told again at check in that the hot tub was unavailable. If we had even known at check in, we would have went elsewhere. On 1.16.2019, I walked into my room to find it completely cleaned and my 14K gold earrings gone! They were stolen by the housekeepers. When I spoke to the manager and the GM, they were unhelpful and placed all the blame on me. I have since filed a police report with Jefferson Parish police department and have spoken to customer service to no avail. Don't stay at this hotel. The housekeepers are thieves!

I have a large family and we have stayed at this hotel (Marriott Residence Inn 2662 US-130, East Windsor, NJ 08512) booking multiple rooms, multiple times before. A few times, we have dealt with less than friendly staff and have had to switch rooms because of the stench of smoking in some of the suites. I receive about 3 calls a day about Marriott Rewards and a free hotel stay, I've "opted out" multiple times and they still call. This is getting ridiculous. Please leave me alone.
