I reserved room in the Moxy hotel in Chelsea (New York city) which belongs to the Marriott hotels and was misled by their deceiving advertisement. We recently stayed at this Courtyard by Marriott. Our room was fine, but in the morning I tried to take a shower. The water would only come out scalding hot. After 5 minutes of adjusting and waiting I gave up trying to shower, packed up and checked out. At checkout I told the clerk what had happened. She offered me a $20 discount. I told her I was not satisfied, that I expected the shower to be functional. Out dated rooms with molded bathrooms. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced!

This place is not at all friendly towards the disabled. I realize this won't make the least bit of difference to the Gaylord, but in an effort to save some people some money, I'd avoid the Gaylord. We bought tickets to see the ice event (which is typically very nice) However, they didn't have any parking. Our party has a person who is not able to walk, and they had zero accommodations for the disabled. For a conference in Nashville I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel. I stayed for 3 nights with a total charge of 799.26. When I got home I noticed a charge for 799.26 and 263 from the hotel. when I called the hotel the rep said they don't see the additional charge on their end and to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and the filed a dispute and gave me the money back as a courtesy but if the hotel could supply proof of the purchase I would have to pay the money back to the bank. We had a family road trip in UT/AZ area during the thanksgiving holiday and had a really really horrible experience with this Hotel and Marriott in general. I was in DFW for a conference at the company selected this hotel. I thought my room was clean. However after a restless night. I didn't know why I was unable to sleep. I thought my pillows were just old and it felt like something was sticking me in my neck. I kept adjusting to my pillows to no avail. Delta Hotel by Marriott in Monteal, Canada is taking peoples' money under false pretenses. I am currently disputing almost $800 of fraudulent charges with my credit card company and cannot even get a call back from the Hotel's Accounting Department.

While booking my reservation over the phone, I specified that I wanted a room with two beds and that I would like to check in at 11am. The employee said they put the note in the reservation and told me to put a note in using the Convoy app which I did.
