This is the complaint I sent one 9/12/19.... it is now 10/24/19 and I have not received any response regarding this. I have called 4 times and every time I call they say the case has been closed (basically they don't want to deal with it an close it with no response) I checked into the La Concha San Juan hotel on 9/8 and requested an early check-in and top floor (which I understand is based on availability) and it wasn't granted. When we made reservations for our stay they told me that the price would be $531 total for one night in Nashville. There was absolutely nothing special about our room for that price, the Hampton inn that was sold out down the road is nicer than that and we were supposed to be in a top Hotel in Nashville. The view was a parking lot, buildings under construction and the run down part of town. When I checked out they never mentioned that there was a valet fee of $45. I made a reservation for a Handicapped Accessible room at the Jekyll Island Westin on March 29, 2019. The guest staying in this room is 100% physically handicapped and requires a roll in shower, as was shown in the description of this room type booked. When the guest arrived at the overbooked hotel, he was told they did not have any more accessible rooms available. I stayed from July 11 to july 12, and they said they will email me the receipt. I also called them twice afterwards for the receipt, But I never receive it. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott ,in Cleveland, Ohio on Cornell Street a couple weekends ago. The only means to park your car was valet parking. When you hand a stranger a key you would hope that you can trust them. My son had 1500 dollars worth of merchandise stolen out of his truck. The hotel has wiped its hands clean and said it was the valet company. Of course the valet company claims it was not them. I had booked my trip via Expedia through my credit card company since I was using both credit card points and credit card charge. The reservation was done about a month and a half in advance and I did receive confirmation that my reservation had gone through. Payment was done at the time of the reservation. The StateView Hotel in Raleigh NC is owned and operated by the Marriott. BEWARE! I complained that their concierge services contractor is misleading us on their behalf and they dont take any responsibility. They still use them and they dont return repeated phone calls to clarify the situation. Called and left messages for different managers and not one had the courtesy to call back and say the their concierge service was a fraud. No business ethics whatsoever. customer beware..
