No!!!!! Delivery horrible, but even worse try to call and let them know you didn’t receive a newspaper for 2 wknds. No answer, mail box full, no call back nothing. I don’t know how they have any business. Done!! That’s if I can get a person to cancel my paper 😡😡😡

All of a sudden not getting the paper til after 11am if you get it at all. Call they say well we'll have to credit today. They didn't miss billing me on the 10th and since then I've received one paper after 12. Called this morning to not only cancel my subscription but get a full refund since I was just billed and have received only one paper. Last week and this week I did not receive my paper that I PREPAY for home delivery service. I’m sad to admit that both weeks I was lied to... my paper was not delivered at the promised time! This week the excuse was... they were running behind because of the time change... can’t imagine a business can use that as a valid excuse! To add to my frustration... after you make your initial complaint .... try to get a person on the phone... they DO NIOT answer your follow up call or even RETURN YOUR CALL . 😡
Good Paper Horrible delivery hours late every other Sunday. And when it rains they put a wet paper in the plastic bag. They should replace their carrier distribution with the company the Voice uses as their Paper is always there on Sunday. Cancelled balance of annual subscription this morning! I paid for home delivery in advance for the entire year. The guy quit now nobody brings the paper. Did anybody tell them someone has to replace the person that quit. And until someone gets hired the idiots at the Times Leader have to fill in until then. Duh! Mike Murray and his puppet goes on Pa. live every Thursday talking about how great their paper is. I think it's gone way downhill over the years. It's just full of ads .
