Paid for my Sunday paper for the year 8/18 and I have had trouble since March with getting renewals and I called multiple times no one answers, than when I finally get someone they say it is resolved and I should have no more issues and last two weeks didn’t get the paper and called three times last week no answer will never pay in advance again! Want a refund for the 6 times I didn’t get the paper and what is left on my account!
Deliver my paper which is paid for !!!!!

Terrible customer service. No paper or its thrown in the bush's or on the roof. This is for my 89 year old mother in law. She will not be resubcribing! Calling to complain is a joke too. Buh bye Times leader!!
Your website is awful. Visit New York Times on Washington Post. Your pages are overloaded with advertising which takes forever to download. Then there's your opinion pages. Jay Ambrose looks like a poster boy for white privilege. Ridiculous. Farce. How do you expect to attract paying subscribers?
there was a drug bust couple days ago amd I just read it and it has my address on it yes it may have been a type error but now I have people driving by pointing and staring like really ive never had drugs in my house this happened about 10 doors down how can you print something with out checking correct info

the good paper is horrible delivery i didnot get my paper at all today this the 10 time i didnot get a news paper i so sicking tired of calling the Times Leader all the time..... is this how you treat your Customer if . this keep up you are going to lose a lot of customer and people or going to stop buying you paper .....
hire someone who delivers the paper to the right house and gets it there on time.
