If you don’t want your paper to ever be delivered and receive no return call when you call about it. This is your paper. Pathetic business I think even worse since new owners. Never had so many problems in 35 years of getting paper delivered. No customer service at all. Not even when you call management. No return calls.

Next time you guys have kids out throwing papers can you please let them know people don't appreciate them winding up and whipping them at houses as hard as they can! My husband heard something hit our house so hard he thought someone kicked our door! This was up on New Grove St. today, we don't subscribe to the paper either!

They take your money but never deliver the paper. I've complained for months numerous times and nothing changes. They give a different excuse every time I call. The subscription I pay for is for my 95 year old grandmother and that is the highlight of her day. We have to personally deliver her paper daily because I can't get anyone to answer the phone for a week now. Disgusted. I will be getting the Citizens Voice for her. Very poor customer service at the TL. Awful.

I live in Noxen and ever since Norm Stedinger left you delivery crew my paper gets later and later. Today it came at 8:30. My day is already partially over by then and too late to read the paper. WHY???? It's definitely not what I pay for

we don't receive the paper and when we do it's on the roof or behind the shrubbery. can't get through to request either.

I don't ever receive the paper anymore & I pay for it. I keep trying to call them to tell them & all they have is excuses if they even answer the phone! This is very annoying! The Citizens Voice will be my next move. There are 3 people in my apt bldg that have this problem! If you can get the paper delivered to store's daily you can get it to my apt. Management should be ashamed they don't ever return my many call's to them about this! I love in Saint Vincent Apts in Plymouth if you care!

Love the paper, but delivery is horrendous, paper is either delivered after 8 or not at all

I had a subscription for well over 30 years. My paper carrier was changed and my paper would either be late and thrown in my driveway in the rain or not delivered. I wrote an email trying to have the problem corrected and never received an answer. My wife called the CV and today the paper was delivered to the door. I tried, the TL didn't! Goodbye!
