Recommendeda good read but a very unreliable home delivery service
The main problem with the times later is when you call for it to file a complaint and two cancel your subscription report a newspaper missing you either get leave a message and nobody called you back or you get the message that the mailbox is full to try again later. I have been trying to get in touch with the Times leader for over two weeks now leaving messages sometimes two and three times a day without anybody ever calling me back I’m beginning to wonder if anybody even works at the Times Leader

Worst paper,Paid for the year,recieved paper maybe 2-3 times a week,Said I would be credited never got credired,never recieved paper for a year,Asked to speck to a manager,who they would not put on the phone or have call me back please save yourself the headache dont waste your time or money ordering this paper
When the paper is not delivered, the delivery person should REDELIVER it. It makes no sense that the customer pays the penalty for bad service. I live several blocks from the TL but no one can redeliver.🤨

When someone cancels your newspaper, refund their money in a timely manner. My sister is STILL waiting for her refund since September, 2019. It is now December 20th, 2019.
I have had bad delivery service the past few weeks. They insist on issuing you a credit instead of the paper. I didn’t pay to get credits. My husband is home recovering from ankle surgery and when they brought the paper they didn’t even throw it on the porch it was almost in the road. And I informed them of this. You get a voicemail after the phone rings over ten times. I’ve been a customer for years but this new move to Markert Street is nothing good. I’m definitely cancelling the rest of my subscription!!
They need to deliver the paper if it is missed and also answer their phones! So frustrated!
