How can I recommend the TL when they force me to read the Citizens Voice in order to find out what's happening or happened in the Back Mountain. They had the Dallas Post, but got rid of the it in print form and it's reporter, but kept it online and it only seems to covers sports now. They've laid off almost all of their talented staff, which makes it harder to get stories covered or even your paper delivered on time or at all. no call backs when we have concerns about paying for news papers we aren't getting. it's been 2 weeks since we have gotten the paper and no one ever calls back. voice boxes are full at this point. and by the looks of it, more people are complaining about the awful services from higher ups all the way to delivery. I'm paying for a paper that I end up having to read for free on Facebook? this is ridiculous!
RecommendedUsed to be your paper was delivered by 6am. If you were missed someone delivered you a paper . Now I’m lucky if I get a paper everyday. I’m even luckier if it’s there by 8am especially on the weekends. Crediting my account is nothing because I can’t even see my account!
Our newspaper was COMPLETELY SOAKED (even with major rain storm it should have been protected by its bag)....Also a few times and many people we know have been TOLD BY YOUR company that you NOT REPLACE replace damaged or NOT DELIVERED papers...Hey thats theft if your not going to credit or replace. Were paying for nothing. Told everyone to switch to Citizens Voice.
