Awful coverage of high school sports. Completely inaccurate writeups and information.
Ever since they switched to companies in north carolina and ohio ect they suck. I paid for a monthly sunday subscription and never received my papers. I talk to three people who all told me they will get a supervisor to call me back. Never did. Finally after getting yet another overdue invoice I wrote the head of the times leader an email stating I am reporting them to the BBB for taking my money and never giving me a paper. Your prices went up when this other company took over, I just got my renewal, I dont understand why it costs me more for 12 wks with one day delivery, than just going to the store to get it on my own? I dont even get it any more, this doesnt make sense, you need to lower your prices
Service is awful !!!!!! On 4-21-14 subscribed @ Walgreens. Sunday service only & I believe it was for a 12 week period. To this point I never received 1 copy or a return phone call. Called several times. Aside from aggravation & the realization that customer service no longer exists with most companies, is the fact I received a $ 10.00 gift card from Walgreens !
