Very disappointed in your customer service. We live on St Johns Rd. In Dorrance and we have not received a Sunday paper in THREE weeks. My neighbors also haven't received theirs in 3 weeks. When calling the circulation department we are always told that it would be passed on to management yet NOTHING ever gets done and the problem still continues. Terrible! I signed up for the Sunday paper 2 and 1/2 months ago and have not received it. I call every Monday, and every Monday I get "I'm sorry, I don't understand, your account is paid, I will make a note for the carrier." Tried calling them this morning to say if I don't get a paper by 1pm, I'm done, but no answer.
