The e-edition truly sucks! I enjoy the puzzles and comics. Some days the puzzles cannot be printed or the comics don't appear!!! Truly a waste of subscription money. Citizens' Voice here I come!!!!!
I did not pay for an online subscription. Just extend my hard copy paper subscription for the days that you don't print!
poor customer service. they don't call you back & will NOT give you a refund for your prev. subscription. AVOID!!!!!!

they take your money, you get no paper, they blame lousy delivery people for it , and do not give refunds,at all. we reported them to the BBB...so beware of this so called paper

I paid $144.59 in Dec.for the paper to be delivered....since I can’t have my 7 days of newspapers delivered I feel entitled to a refund!
