I brought my 2015 Rogue in for a few services that needed to be done. It was going to take all day, Jerry had me into a rental for the day and I was on my way. This dealership has the best service people. Jerry and Axle are the best! They are willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done and will answer any questions I may have. The Service Technicians are polite as well, open doors for you, put paper mats on the floors and cover your seats so they don't get dirty. Recently went to trade my 2009 murano for a newer SUV, unfortunately wasn't able to stay SUV had to go car so I now own a 2015 Altima drives awesome awesome on gas! I miss my SUV and hopefully do not Regret the trade when we get hit with New England winter! Sales was great only down fall i was there from 915am until 330pm LONG DAY!!!
You can't beat the service at dealership! You feel like royalty when you pull up and garage door opens to let you in. Then, before can get out of your car, there's someone right there to get started - checking the mileage, putting in floor mats and plastic seat covers on. They take excellent care of my car - even did some recall work that I hadn't yet been notified about. By the way, I travel an hour and a half to this dealership - for good reason!
Country Nissan in Hadley, MA exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership; the customer service was excellent! The entire staff was friendly, I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door. My Sales Consultant was Devaughn; he was a pleasure to work with. Arrived early for my 7:30 am oil change appointment. Had to stand outside in the cold until exactly 7:30. Other than this my appointment was done in a very timely manner.
