The staff at this location are absolutely amazing! So professional, knowledgeable and realistic. I recently got my Nissan Rogue there, love it and have had no issues. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car and especially recommend Shane!
In for a factory recall
Shame on me for buying my third car here in 10 years. The 2024 Frontier I bought with a trade in has had 3 total electrical failures and is now back at the dealer for evaluation. Service has been horrible and they were unable to find the problem. No one has gotten back to me and the service department hung up on me twice when I called in. I now have to have the regional mechanic look at the truck. So far this has been a horrible experience on all fronts. This has now happened again 4th time. Corporate is not much help. Working with Shane was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very informative about the buying process. I purchased across state lines, and Shane took care of several added, related details. He was very friendly and helpful and texted after the purchase to see how I liked the car and to answer any questions.
